Shipping & Packaging Information:

 

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping charges. All of our plants are thoroughly watered and pruned prior to shipment. We guarantee that a healthy Bonsai Tree is on its way.

 

Our refund policy: 

 

This policy applies exclusively to damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged tree, product, and packaging materials. Please keep all packing materials, including the box and label, as they may be necessary for the claim process. If we are at fault, we will promptly resolve the issue and cover any shipping costs involved. In certain cases, the damaged item may need to be returned to the nursery. We ask that the item is sent back to us within 7 days of delivery if this is the case. All product and shipping issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds or replacements are only offered for trees, pots, and tools that have not been altered by the buyer. Trees that have been repotted, pruned, or otherwise modified are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Tools and supplies can only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original packaging. Shipping fees may apply.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for extreme weather conditions or the health of a plant once it has left our care.

 

There are no guarantees, refunds or returns for orders shipped internationally.

 

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses resulting in Undeliverable/Delayed Package

 

Because of the delicate nature of our products, shipments to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees and void Next Day Bonsai guarantees.

 

We will not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.

 

Additional Shipping Information to Note:

 

When shipping tropical plants in winter to areas with temperatures below 40°F, there is a risk of cold damage. Please note that we cannot guarantee protection from cold-related damage. (Be sure to follow our refund policy above if plant arrives damaged).

 

We cannot guarantee that the plant will appear exactly as shown in the pictures, as these delicate trees will be outside their ideal conditions for a few days during shipping. As a result, it's possible that flowers, leaves, or fruit may drop in transit. However, with proper care and ideal conditions, new growth should emerge.
