Shipping policy

Every tree ships from our nursery in Oak Hills, California, packed by the artist who trained it. We aim to have orders packed and on their way the next business day.

 

Where we ship: the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

 

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days in transit): $14.95 for orders up to 8 lbs, $24.95 from 8-16 lbs, and $34.95 over 16 lbs. Most trees, pots, tools, and soil ship this way.

 

Large Tree Shipping: our biggest trees (specimen bonsai, larger pre-bonsai, and oversized pots) ship in custom-built boxes: $34.95 up to 16 lbs, $59.95 from 16-30 lbs, and $99.95 over 30 lbs.

 

How trees travel: each bonsai is secured in a custom-fitted box so the tree, pot, and soil arrive exactly as they left the nursery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos or video and we'll make it right.
