Tree #212 is a twelve-year-old Chinese Elm — the tallest of this batch — with a boldly snaking trunk that rises a full 15 inches into a wide, flat umbrella canopy. The trunk shows wonderful mature texture, and the crown spreads nearly a foot across in layered pads. It sits in a round 8″ plastic training pot, ready for a ceramic pot worthy of it, or happy to keep developing as-is.
